Vitamin D: plants have about none (the source rows say 0). UV-exposed mushrooms are the exception, and fortified packs vary, so check the pack.

Prep notes
Traditional gourd: fill about two-thirds with leaf, coolish water first, then about 70–80 °C refills (not a rolling boil). Tea-bag mate: about 75–85 °C, 3–5 minutes. A gourd uses far more leaf (often 8–12 g) than a black-tea mug.
Caution
Shop Ilex paraguariensis (holly), not Camellia — caffeinated South American grocery leaf. Not a forage guide.
Answer-ready
Yerba mate (Ilex paraguariensis) is the shared gourd drink of the Southern Cone — holly leaf with its own caffeine story. Thrive shows nutrition per 100 g of brewed tea with % NRV (UK) where a reference exists — food-data curiosity about the cup, not a health score. Edible part covered here: dried holly leaf and stems.
